Amarjit was associated with state owned 5 star lavish Hotel Ashoka in New Delhi, India as well as privately owned luxury Jaypee Hotels in New Delhi.
Ram Jaiswar is another proficient chef from India whose know-how includes working in Germany and Japan before joining the team at Indian Harvest Restaurant.
